SCHEDULE:

FRIDAY JULY 25
Step into the elemental landscape of Summer through the healing wisdom of Sowa Rigpa with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang. Dr. Nida offers insight into the season’s connection to the heart and small intestine—organs governed by the fire element—and how Summer’s expansive energy can both uplift and unbalance, often manifesting as anxiety. Weaving together classical Sowa Rigpa theory and Buddhist philosophy with practical guidance to support emotional and physical well-being, this session offers the opportunity to better care for ourselves and support rejuvenation, balance, and mental stability.

SATURDAY JULY 26
Join Dr. Edward Coughlin, AP, DOM, for a hands-on exploration of Summer’s herbal allies. Learn how to work with plants and formulas that cool excess heat, support digestion, and nourish the heart. Edward will offer seasonal dietary guidance and introduce herbs that thrive in Summer—ideal for home gardens and everyday wellness.

SUNDAY JULY 27
Join Liz Sung for a season-centered session designed to balance the winds and cool excess fire—helping you manage Summer’s dynamic pulse with clarity and ease. Through guided meditation, self-reflection prompts, and a curated Tibetan yoga practice, we’ll nourish energy sources depleted by the intensity of Summer. Designed to cool the heart and clear mental heat, the practice will help you circulate stagnant energy, release emotional buildup, and restore balance of the fire element.
