Winter Inner Fire དགུན་ཁའི་མེ་དྲོད།

JANUARY 30 — FEBRUARY 1, 2026
9AM Los Angeles | 12pm New York | 2pm Rio Brazil | 6pm Rome

Join us online for a weekend of teachings, herbal studies, and embodied practices rooted in Tibetan medicine as we round out our seasonal Sowa Rigpa journey for Winter.

Winter is a season of stillness, depth, and restoration. In these darkest months of the year, the water element becomes dominant—connected with the kidneys and bladder, the reservoirs of our vitality, stamina, and emotional grounding. This is the time when energy naturally gathers inward, inviting rest, introspection, and conservation of our resources. At the same time, the cold heaviness of this season can weaken digestion, slow circulation, and affect the mind with fatigue and low mood.

Winter is the ideal season to rebuild reserves for the year ahead. We’ll explore how to work with this frozen time of nature through supportive diet, lifestyle, herbal allies, and meditative movement—practices that help us cultivate inner warmth, restore our energy, and use the stillness of Winter for clarity.

All proceeds support ongoing the Dark Retreat Arce Project.

Live online sessions with recordings.
